Hiring a Journey Electrician!!
This position includes performing journey level electrician duties associated with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and controls. Normal duties include troubleshooting routine to complex electrical problems and performing other duties as needed to ensure reliable operation of the CDID#1 stormwater collection and conveyance systems, and pump stations.
Minimum qualifications: High school education, one year specialized technical training beyond high school to meet licensing requirements, and at least three years of experience as a journey level electrician.
Licensing requirements: Valid Washington State Electrician license, Driver's License and First Aid/CPR/AED certification. All licensing must be obtained within 180 days of employment.
Salary range: $33.00 - $45.00 per hour, rate determined by the candidate qualifications and skills. This is an on-call position and the person hired to fill it must be available as needed to respond to emergencies and operational alarms. CDID#1 offers a comprehensive benefits package.
