Hiring New Legal Counsel!
We are soliciting qualifications from highly qualified attorneys with extensive experience in municipal law and special purpose districts.
Minimum qualifications: A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, and at least five years experience in municipal law with a preference for experience in land use and development involving special purpose districts.
Licensing requirements: Current license to practice law and be in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.

We employ nine full time positions to operate and manage our system.
Operators
Our operators ensure our facilities are well maintained and function as intended to provide effective flood control. Duties include:
- Emergency response
- Equipment operation
- Fabrication
- General maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Vegetation management
Office Staff
Office staff oversee development activity and implement projects to improve system function and reliability. Duties include:
- Site plan review
- Permitting
- Multi-agency coordination
- Design and project management
- Inspection and construction management
- Stormwater compliance
